Paper Submission Instructions

General information

All submitted papers will go through the double-blind review process, accepted papers will be published in Journal indexed in Scopus. 

Papers must be submitted using the easy-chair submission system:

Submitted papers must not exceed 10 pages and are required to be in compliance with the journal template .

The manuscript must be accompanied by the following files for submission:

  • Author Agreement Statement - You must make a true statement that all authors have approved the final article, agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work, and acknowledge that all those entitled to authorship are listed as authors. By submitting a paper, the authors declare that the manuscript is original, has not been published before, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.   • Title page - Essential title page information includes Title, author names, affiliations, and Corresponding author. The title page can be downloaded here 

 

The manuscript document itself MUST NOT contain any of the Author(s) details - for the purpose of the blind peer-review process. Make sure that your submission is anonymized

Additional information

Following the conference we create a complete collection of accepted research papers at github (in addition to PROCS volume). Along with required documents we encourage you submitting links to github / gitlab with a code (datasets, or other related documentation), wich will be published publicly and will help to reproduce experiments.

 

Paper structure

Papers should be prepared in the following order:

Introduction: to explain the background work, the practical applications, and the nature and purpose of the paper.

Body: to contain the primary message, with clear lines of thought and validation of the techniques described.

Conclusion

Acknowledgments (when appropriate)

References

Section headings: should be left-justified, with the first letter capitalized and numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction. Sub-section headings should be in capital and lower-case italic letters numbered 1.1, 1.2, etc, and left justified, with second and subsequent lines indented.

Addressing commets of Reviewers: template

After paper acceptance, the corresponding author gets an email from easy-chair inviting him/her to submit a paper to proceedings. Please submit it as a zip archive, which includes both PDF and source files.
